1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Benmort Connect platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, USSD services, and WhatsApp integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. Benmort Connect is operated by Benmort Limited ("Company"), a registered entity providing professional services marketplace and advisory solutions.
2. Description of Services
Benmort Connect operates as a professional services marketplace ("WorkBridge") and advisory platform ("Benmort Solutions"). WorkBridge connects clients with verified professionals across six service categories including technology, finance, legal, and healthcare. Benmort Solutions provides strategic advisory services including business strategy design, funding readiness, and institutional advisory. The Platform facilitates the engagement between clients and service providers but does not itself provide the underlying professional services. All professionals on the Platform undergo verification appropriate to their service category.
3. Payment Terms and Escrow
All payments processed through the Platform are subject to our escrow system, which holds client funds securely until service milestones are completed and approved. WorkBridge transactions are subject to a service fee of 10-15% applied to the professional's earnings. Benmort Solutions advisory sessions and packages are billed according to the engagement model selected. Payments may be made via mobile money, bank transfer, or card payment as available in your region. Refund eligibility is determined by the dispute resolution process outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
Benmort Connect acts as an intermediary platform connecting clients with independent professionals. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services delivered by professionals on the Platform. While we implement verification processes and quality controls, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services engaged through the Platform. Regulated service categories (financial management, legal, and healthcare) are subject to additional verification requirements, but ultimate responsibility for professional standards rests with the individual service provider. Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
