You top up your Benmort Pay wallet, fund a job into escrow, and release money only when you approve the work. Disputes are reviewed by Benmort before any money moves.
Why you can trust it
These are the rules the platform enforces, not promises in a brochure.
Professionals submit government ID and a live selfie before they can appear on the marketplace. Higher levels add certificates and references.
When you hire, the funds are held by Benmort Pay. The professional sees the job is funded and can start, but cannot touch the money until you approve.
If something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute. A Benmort officer reviews the evidence and decides how escrow is released or refunded.
Global Services advisory fees are agreed with your advisor before you pay — no hidden charges — and you can check your eligibility for free.
Platform fees are on the pricing page and shown again before you pay. There are no hidden charges added after the work starts.
Support runs on WhatsApp, phone and in-app tickets from our Accra office. You are never left talking to a form.
