BGS Workforce Deployment: $5,000 – $50,000+. Suitable for hospitals, care providers, hotels, construction, logistics, manufacturing, facility management and other large employers. Pricing depends on number of positions, complexity, sourcing country, destination, timeframe and screening requirements. Example: on a $60,000 salary, 12% = $7,200 · 15% = $9,000 · 18% = $10,800. Employer-side fees are subject to the recruitment agreement and applicable law; where agreed, retainers can be credited against the final recruitment fee.
Partner commission is calculated on eligible BGS revenue actually received, excluding third-party costs and government / regulatory fees.

Government, immigration, visa, professional licensing, credential evaluation, examination, language testing, medical, police clearance, translation, certification, travel, accommodation, insurance, tuition, legal and all other third-party fees are excluded unless specifically stated in writing.
No-guarantee policy
BGS commits to delivering the services described in the selected package professionally and within the agreed scope. Employment, admission, professional registration, licensing, visa approval and immigration decisions remain subject to the relevant employer, institution, professional regulator and government authority. BGS does not offer a job guarantee or visa guarantee.
