A client admin fee when a milestone is funded and a commission when it is released, both set by the size of the project — funds are held in escrow and released on milestone approval, with processing costs passed through at cost.

Deducted from each milestone when it is released to the professional — set by the size of the project.
Client admin fee
0.4 – 1%
Added when a milestone is funded — covers escrow, matching and support. Larger projects pay a lower rate.

The band is set by the total value of the contract, not each milestone. Card and mobile-money processing (1.95%) and bank withdrawals (GHS 8) are third-party costs passed through at cost.
